A good friend's family is selling it in Clemson, South Carolina and they're looking for a responsible owner that they can trust to take good care of it. Enthusiast maintained, and I can get more information/pictures if anybody is interested.

" A good friend's family is selling it in Clemson, South Carolina and they're looking for a responsible owner that they can trust to take good care of it put a Corvette engine in it"
Fixed that for you. Kidding aside, good luck to them, I hope it finds a good home. I've always liked the XJ-S, for reasons I don't completely understand.

I find them quite handsome, and I hope it finds a good home as well. If I wasn't a college student and had the cash/space to take it on I would in a heartbeat.

is it a v12? i believe they had moved to the 6.0 v12 by that point. and that is a good and solid (and desirable) version of the motor.
if its the I6, its still a great engine, much less of a time consuming exercise than the 12s, and nearly as much power and torque.
although i have to say, i much prefer what some call the "gothic" styling of the rear end, pre-facelift years.

92-96 (facelift):

All the information I have right now is in the post, but if you're interested I can easily ask. I just didn't want to have her take all sorts of pictures and text me the information and what not if nobody was interested in the first place. I will say though, I think I prefer post–facelift.

I had a "pre-facelift" version in college and it was great.... except when it snowed, or when it was broke, or when I couldn't afford to put gas in it, or .... oh forget it!
